Just as employees adjusted to working from home, the time has come for many to transition back to the office, at least part-time. As they make the shift back to a more formal workspace, it's important to pay attention to ergonomics and good health practices.

Karen Mestas-Harris, Senior Manager, Risk Services/Economics at Poms and Associates, and the rest of the Poms Risk Control Webinar Team provided an overview of ergonomic essentials from the 20/20/20 rule, to making small tweaks to workspace set-ups, reducing stress, and avoiding injury. Tips and suggestions on moving between remote and formal office environments were also covered.
