Poms & Associates Signs 25,600 SQFT Lease at Calabasas Office Campus

CBRE announced that Poms & Associates, a Los Angeles-based risk management and insurance brokerage firm, has signed a 25,606-sq.-ft. lease at The Park Calabasas, a 20-acre office campus in Calabasas, California.

CBRE’s Jacob Bobek and Jonathan Dezzutti represented Poms in the lease transaction. Matthew Heyn and Caitlin Hoffman from Colliers represented the landlord. The company is relocating from Woodland Hills and reducing its office footprint by approximately 30 percent as it implements a new layout designed to accommodate a hybrid workforce.
