If your organization employs over 50 employees in California, you must provide Sexual Harassment Avoidance training to all supervisors every two years and to new supervisors within six months of promotion or hire date. The law specifies the topics that must be covered and the trainer’s qualifications.

Karen uses examples and stories from many sexual harassment and other workplace investigations to illustrate the finer points of the law. The training is designed to be interesting and engaging with discussions of scenarios that any supervisor could encounter in the workplace plus studies of lawsuits dealing with sexual harassment as well as other types of discrimination.
